FAQ's & Policies

  • Reservations are confirmed through email or text once your deposit is received.

  • Payment is achieved with a 50% deposit of the amount due via EFT to NORA CLEMENTS FAMILY TRUST/ Account: 292672254 / BSB:014557. The balance of accommodation and requested meals can be paid by further EFT or cash on arrival.

  • Cancelations made prior to one week of stay will incur a 50% refund of monies due but after that there will be no refund.

  • WIFI is available and is both excellent quality and free.

  • Mobile service is limited to TELSTRA.

  • Smoking of any kind is only allowed in the designated smoking area which will be pointed out.

  • Our noise policy is strict as our guests come for the peace and quiet we offer.

  • Pets are allowed on the premises however outside at all times. Failure to abide by this rule will mean an instant request to leave and no refunds will be given.

  • Room servicing covers the cleaning of rooms and change of linen after a 3 night stay.

  • Theft and damage are reportable and need to be recompensed.

  • Check - in from 12.00 Noon till 8.00 pm  unless otherwise agreed.

  • Check – out by 10:00 Am unless otherwise arranged. Guests must discuss their departure with hosts prior to leaving.
